About a year ago a nail in one of my tires left me with a slow leak that I discovered late on a Saturday afternoon. The owner of T&WE fixed the tire right then, and when I asked him what I owed him he said “just see me before you get new tires”. 6-7 months ago I did, and he gave me a very good deal on 4 new Toyo tires and an alignment for that car, so I’m happy with the place when I discover 3 months ago that the key for the wheel locks wasn’t replaced in the car when the tires were replaced. I went back to the shop, and when the techs couldn’t find the key, the owner simply removed the old wheel locks from all four wheels and replaced them with four new locks, gave me the new key and said “our fault, don’t worry about it”. Why would I go anywhere else? That’s the quality of service all of us should strive to provide in whatever we do in life… ~ Marshall P

Orginally, I found this place when I called around to a few tire shops. I didn't have a lot of money, and I let them know. I had two cracked rims and needed at least 2 tires for certain. And the other two were pretty bald. ISH, the owner said, "Come down, he might have some old rims well within my budget." Unfortunately, they didn't fit my car. But he sold me at a good price on 4 new rims and 4 tires. I couldn't pass on the deal. A few months later, I got a nail in my tire, and I went straight back to ISH. He fixed my flat tire at no cost. He had his guy Q fix it in under 20 mins. Great team and good deals. I highly recommend them. ~ Gabriel C
